Neugent partakes in JIMAC’s Technology Update Exhibit 2009

A total number of 100 guests from different international and local companies attended in JIMAC Incorporated’s annual event, “Technology Update Exhibit 2009”. The event was held at Powertips 5th Level, Podium, Ortigas Center, Pasig City last January 28. Top companies such as Starbucks, Cinnabon, Pan de Manila, SOGO Hotel, and Kamay Kainan extended their participation and involvement in the said exhibit.

The one-day event updated the clients of JIMAC and its partner about their latest technologies and product solutions. Neugent Technologies showcased and presented their latest solution, the DVR-POS integration for the retail market. Through this integration, JIMAC was able to provide their clients from all sorts of industries with the DVR-POS solution. It was designed to help improve the business performance of the retail market via its text insertion and video audit feature. The text insertion feature synchronously displays the POS transactions to the DVR monitor. Video audit on the other hand allows the user to review recorded videos and compare questionable transactions.

Moreover, Neugent and Jimac presented the DVR-POS solution’s fraud detection feature which will be out in the market soon. This feature enables faster response to fraud transactions as it automatically displays a fraud alert on the monitor.

The exhibit would not be successful without the participation of all time existing and new exhibitors from companies all over the country.
